Both the black, red, white, and blue paints in the color palette and the three-color sticks in colors yellow, red, and blue are seamless in skin application and removal. The paint is water washable. The palette comes with two cotton applicators measuring approximately 2” with cotton tips at both ends, and an approximately 2” x 3” x 2” sponge. Each color tray measures about 1.25” in diameter, each paint stick measures about 3”, and the entire palette measures 7.5” x 3.5”. All this comes in a blister package which measures evenly about 9” x 9”.
