The AIS700 is a Class B Automatic Identification System (AIS) transceiver designed to enhance safety and navigation for vessels by exchanging key information such as vessel name, position, and speed. It works seamlessly with Raymarine multifunction navigation systems, allowing users to both transmit and receive critical navigation data.

With advanced SO-TDMA (Self Organized Time Division Multiple Access) technology, the AIS700 offers superior performance and longer range compared to prior AIS products. It features a built-in VHF-band antenna splitter, simplifying installation by sharing a single antenna with your VHF radio. The unit also includes an internal 72-channel GPS receiver, ensuring compliance with international standards.

AIS700 supports a Silent Mode for temporarily restricting broadcasts of your vessel's data while still receiving updates from surrounding traffic, making it ideal for sensitive situations or competitive environments. The compact design allows for easy mounting in various locations on your vessel.

The AIS700 connects using NMEA2000 networking and includes an NMEA0183 multiplexer, making it compatible with older systems. Additional connectivity includes a USB 2.0 port for linking to computers running AIS-compatible software and an SD memory slot for recorded data retention.
